Conversation with a Machine

I just had the longest ever conversation with a machine.

When my Windows operating system deactivated itself for some reason or the other, I was given a number to call. Turns out I reached a fully automated product activation line.

And when I say fully automated, I mean fully automated. As in you can reply to the machine's queries/input data using your voice.

I'm sorry if I'm coming across as being a little kampung at the moment but I was truly impressed.
