It's very important to meet as many crap ass leaders as you can early on in your career.

That way, you will know what to avoid when you become a leader tomorrow.

Granted, coming across shitty leaders will not necessarily guarantee you will become the next George Washington but it should - at the very least - prevent you from becoming the next Sharifah Zahra Jabeen. (And that's in itself is a good enough start)
