Cliffhanger

This is a view of the ground from the 23rd floor of my neighbouring apartment block.

The image doesn't allow for good depth perception but there's actually a 20-30 metre drop from where the cars are parked and where the tractors are.

I'm no civil engineer but a massive 26-floor apartment block built just metres away from what is virtually a sheer cliff can't be a good idea, can it?
